2014 Best Dressed Windows

The Greater Inman Area Chamber of Commerce helped light storefront windows of the Inman community for the Christmas season.  Merchants were given strands of white lights to install in a storefront window to highlight the business located there.

Nothing says Christmas shopping more than decorative window displays.  Inman area businesses were invited to join the Chamber’s “Celebrate the Shopping Season” promotion by displaying the lights in a window “dressed” for Christmas. Thursday, December 4 was a beautiful night for the judges to visit the windows.  Christmas was in the air and displayed in the storefronts.

Following the tallying of the of the score sheets, a tie was discovered.  Congratulations to the two winners:

Smiley’s Bows to Toes/Gathering Place and Gifts for All Seasons

These two businesses designed the BEST DRESSED WINDOWS for the 2014 Christmas season. They will receive recognition on www.destinationinman.com and www.inmanscchamber.org and a year’s free 2015 membership in the Greater Inman Area Chamber of Commerce.

After your walking tour, get into your vehicle and drive along Asheville Highway for more displays. Many Inman businesses are joining in this special time of year and decorating for the public’s enjoyment. The Chamber hopes to make this an annual event.
